Artifact/Ecofact Description

Use this sample page to catalog the artifacts and ecofacts you are studying. Control-click (or right click) on the page and then use the "save as..." command to download the file to your desktop. (Or just highlight the text and copy and paste it into a word-processing program.) Open the page in your word-processing program. Fill out the form using your computer, or print it and fill it out by hand. You will want to save an artifact description form for each artifact. Find a useful way to name and save each form, so you can keep them organized.
