Ellis Students' Fact-finding Mission to Washington, DC

On May 8th, 2001, The Ellis School's 8th grade class visited InterAction and the Indian Embassy. The question & answer sessions at both organizations provided much valuable information used for the project. Information about specific elements of the current relief effort in Gujarat led the students to direct their fundraising efforts toward CARE's program to build single-family homes in the affected area.
